It's that time of year again, time to grab your sticks and get down to pre-season training!

Pre Season Training
A successful season starts early, thats why we are back with two preseason sessions per week.
Beach Sessions
Monday afternoons we are meeting at the Leighton Dog Beach at 5:30 for aa 6pm start. Kicking off with some fitness followed by a game of beach lacrosse and finishing with an optional dip. All you need is your stick and plenty of water!
Track Sessions
Our second session for the week is on a Wednesday afternoon starting at 6pm at Preston Point. Track sessions last for roughly an hour finishing around 7. All you need is your stick, helmet, gloves and cleats. The girls just need their sticks and cleats.
